Consulting

In my consulting practice, I design and deliver ‘organisational development’ interventions in the areas of ‘Leadership and Management’, using ‘Action Learning’ and ‘Workplace Integrated Learning’. To make learning meaningful, I incorporate ‘reflective practice’ as a way of making relevant connections between the learner, the experience and the intended outcome.
